This Broke Socialist Wants to Tell You How to Spend Money

Congresswoman-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez could have only been elected in super-left New York. Just about any other constituency — that is, where Republicans are actually an option — would have have enough sense to determine that a 29-year-old bartender might not be the best person to write legislation on behalf of the entire country.

After learning that she won’t be paid by the taxpayer for another couple of months, Ocasio-Cortez has suddenly been hit with the crippling reality that yes, things do in fact cost money — things like food, gas, water, and apartments in Washington, DC. How she never accounted for the fact she, as a Congressperson, would have moving expenses is really anyone’s guess.

Of course, this isn’t to diminish the fact that apartments in DC as well as Ocasio-Cortez’s home city are insanely expensive. Consequently, Democrats have been running both of these areas uncontested for decades, but Ocasio-Cortez probably hasn’t connected those dots.

Naturally, this young socialist who can’t even budget her own life wants to budget yours. She wants to raise your taxes, inflate the currency, and flood the country with endless entitlements. Do you think she planned ahead for that as well?
