Senator Hatch Just Trolled Vegans and It’s Hilarious

If this is the type of behavior we can look forward to from everyone who isn’t worried about re-election, we couldn’t be in more favor of Senate term limits after seeing this.

Utah Senator Orrin Hatch, the longest-serving Republican senator in American history, is leaving politics. What he isn’t doing, however, is stepping away from the issues that really matter — that is, trolling leftists on Twitter.

As you can clearly make out from the screen grab on the left, the senior Utah senator is seen slamming back some bacon in response to an absurd article from the left-leaning Independent. Considering the content for the original post, you could easily make the argument that both vegans and The Independent were asking for it.

It’s hard to not take the senator’s side here. After all, we’re talking about people who are so severely lacking in guts that they actually want to ban a phrase because it makes them sad.

Politicians sure are entertaining when they’re not worried about offending people anymore.
