CNN’s Hypocrisy Was on Full Display on New Year’s Eve

For many of us, 2018 seemed to fly by — as did 2017 and 2016. In the age of Trump and the mainstream media’s transparent war against him and the America First agenda, it’s just so easy to get caught up in the he-said-she-said. However, 2018 easily saw the most deranged attempt by the media and the Democratic Party to cast all conservative Americans as evil bigot homophobes.

Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court can and should go down as one of the most iconic moments in American politics over the past decade. With Democratic senators convinced that another conservative Supreme Court justice spelled certain doom for the sacred right to kill babies in the womb, they pulled all the stops to make Kavanaugh look like an actual demon from Hell.

Of course, we all remember the baseless sexual assault allegations brought against Kavanaugh in the 11th hour. It was the end of the #MeToo movement. But what really struck us was the media’s laser-like criticism of the fact that Brett Kavanaugh — like millions of Americans — likes to drink beer sometimes.

Months later, the same people were seen ripping tequila shots and drinking champaign out of beer bongs.

Maybe Anderson Coopers should have every aspect of his life torn apart too. Isn’t that how this works now?
