With Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh potentially days away from finally being confirmed for the role he was nominated for in the summer, the sexual assault allegations levied against him are quickly falling apart.
Whatever you thought of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony against Kavanaugh, you can’t ignore some of the blatant lies. The most obvious one — possibly besides the reason she was there in the first place — was her initial excuse for refusing to testify.
After Senator Dianne Feinstein dropped the “bombshell” that was Dr. Ford’s allegation, the accuser initially tried to stay out of the conversation by stating that she couldn’t make it to Washington, DC because she’s afraid of flying. Strangely, this hasn’t stopped her from making yearly visits to that exact city, nor did this stop her from allegedly traveling around Hawaii in propeller planes with her ex-boyfriend in the 1990s.
In other words, this supposed “fear of flying” was most likely made up so that she didn’t have to testify at all. It’s almost as if this was part of some grandiose ploy by the Democrats to stall any nominations until they snatched up more seats in Congress…or something. But, that would just be ridiculous, wouldn’t it?
