Somehow, the phrase “I told you so” just doesn’t quite cut it here…
Not long ago, the entire left was unified in its assertion that President Donald Trump was going to bring the country into World War III in its attempts to pacify North Korea. Their complaint was mainly levied at Trump’s strong language in regards to the rogue regime, including the president’s use of the nickname “Rocket Man” to describe nuke-obsessed North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un.
Now, a number of Americans have been released from North Korean prison camps. This is an unprecedented move that none of Trump’s predecessors have been able to accomplish. Now, even after the president has scrapped the disastrous Iran deal, North Korea is still being brought to the table to discuss ending its own nuclear program.
Democrats are eventually going to have to face the fact that Trump’s tough stance on North Korea actually worked, and their Neville Chamberlain-style approach yielded precisely zero results.
