Another Black Hip-Hop Artist Slams Democratic Arrogance

2018 is shaping up to be the best year for headlines in the history of American mass media…

After rapper Kanye West launched a Twitter tirade pushing pro-conservative talking points, the hip-hop star faced an onslaught of negative comments alleging he had “betrayed” the black community by coming out as a Trump supporter. As it turns out, Kanye isn’t the only black rapper who is sick of the Democratic Party.

Jumping to West’s defense, Chance the Rapper dropped this tweet to the absolute horror of leftists who still believe they will enjoy the universal support of the black community for the rest of time.

This tweet is absolutely correct: black people have absolutely no obligation to the Democratic Party whatsoever. In fact, it can be argued that the only reason blacks tend to vote Democrat at all is because they were sold the idea that all Republicans were racists that want to put them back in plantations after the Civil Rights Act was passed in 1965.

While it’s true that many Republicans at the time were definitely on the wrong side of the issue, Democrats in that era went through a lot of in-fighting to get to an agreement. And what do they have to show for it? Since the Democratic Party became the de facto political home for American blacks, government dependence has skyrocketed, black-majority cities and towns have had their wealth completely robbed from them, and nearly any black American that publicly speaks out against the Democrats is almost immediately branded as a traitor to their race.

It might be time for a new re-alignment.
